Hereford cross pork, pasture raised here on the farm from piglet to processing. Supplemented with locally milled feed. Processing is USDA inspected.
 
Whole hog expect approximately 13 lb bone in chops, 5 lb Boston Butt, 17 lb of smoked ham, 8 lb bacon, 4 lb ribs, 15 lb breakfast sausage. Over 60 lbs of pork to fill your freezer.
 
We will offer a boneless chop choice in place of the bone in but please note that your weight will be less due to the removal of the bones.
